We offer shuttle services for up to 14 guests to Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Lake Minnewanka, Quarry Lake and Tunnel Mountain Reservoir. Other locations may be available.

We wanted a shuttle service that was entirely devoted to small weddings. Our parent company, Shotgun Wedding, is Banff’s premier wedding company and we wanted to provide the same exceptional service in helping couples and their guests with their transportation needs. We believe in offering all the amenities you need on a wedding day. We have bridal kits onboard (bobby pins, tape, deodorant, pins, etc) as well as a steamer for any wrinkles that may pop up. We carry umbrellas in case of rain, treats for your dogs (yup - we are pet friendly), water bottles, and the biggest thing is having wifi on board. Most areas in the mountains have no cell service, so we wanted our guests to have access to wifi while on the go. This way you can snap, tik tok and keep in touch with your people all day long.

A 50% deposit is required when you book and the balance is due 14 days before your excursion. The deposit is non-refundable due to having to turn all other weddings away for that time.

Yes. But we do ask that you help to keep our shuttles clean and make sure they don’t make a mess :) Bonus points if they are dressed up for your wedding! We love to give them treats as well.

We provide a private shuttle experience for your wedding, so we won’t book empty seats with strangers. For this reason, our shuttle service price is based on the cost of the shuttle being just for you and your guests (if there are any).

Unfortunately not. However, vehicles travelling with a blue hang tag often will be able to find parking in the handicap parking areas in the Park.

Many areas of the Banff National Park do not have cell service. We offer free wifi onboard our shuttle. Because it’s satellite-based, we cannot guarantee it won’t drop out in certain areas where obstructed, but we will have it onboard!

Unfortunately no. Our drivers need to arrive and leave at the scheduled times, so we are unable to add on time beyond the time you have booked.

No we do not. We are based in Canmore, so if you are looking at being picked up and dropped off in Calgary, you are better suited to hiring a company based out of that city.

No, you cannot consume alcohol onboard the shuttle.

Yes! If you are getting married with our sister company, Shotgun Wedding, we give you a 10% discount.
